OSOS is a cloud-based real estate management solution that helps to manage properties smartly with a one-stop platform that caters to individuals, agents, and companies.

The client needed testing that encompasses all the requirements and workflow. Testing the application for basic web security testing and functionality with additional testing of the application for UI responsiveness.

Product Description

Made by Real estate managers, OSOS Property management is made in the simplest way possible to allow users to self-manage their properties, payment, tickets, staff, and agents at ease from anywhere without extensive technical knowledge. OSOS Property management comes loaded with 10s of super features that are put together in a simple interactive way that serves the purpose with the least amount of effort.

The application has a separate portal for User and Admin. Major challenges in the application were coverage of end-to-end scenarios, data integrity, support for multiple and concurrent users and test coverage.

Primary Features

User/ Company Portal :
- Unit Management : Users can manage multiple apartments all the way up across multiple buildings with villas and commercial units.
- Employee Management : This module allows User to hire full or part-time staff, assign tickets to them and manage their salary and leaves process.
- Ticket Management : Users can assign tickets to their staff, can log any incoming maintenance request and assign them to a certain agent/staff.
- Contract Management : Users can create a contract and keep track of all the tenants, their rental payments, and personal information etc.
- Finances management : This module allow User to keep track of cheques deposited by the tenants. Can manage their income and expenses as well.
- Reporting and status : User can get multiple income, expenses, tickets and units reports and can even export the reports as xlxs and pdfs.
- Email and SMS reminders : From this module User can set reminder date for contract renewals, payment dues, and tickets updates etc. The concerned person receives the reminder via SMS or email.
Admin Portal :
- Companies : Admin can create/edit, block and delete companies.
- Memberships :Admin can create/edit and delete membership plans.
- Properties : Admin can create/edit and delete properties, these are linked with User portals.
- Settings : Admin can set the SMTP and SMS setting for getting the messages.
- Knowledge Page : Admin can add FAQ items based on different category, these are linked with User portal.
- Support : Admin can view or respond to all support queries.
